Presented is a technique for organization of monitoring of the state and process of treatment of the polyclinic patients with particular diseases which enables grouping of the patients in terms of the code and stage of the disease and not only to monitor, but also process and estimate the results of therapy with the aim of forecasting the duration and result of the treatment.
