The journal's editorial board considers relevant articles on the topics listed on this website, which have not been published previously in any print editions or in electronic form on the Internet.

Manuscripts should be formatted and submitted to the editorial board according to the Requirements for article submission.

In the case of a positive decision of the editorial board regarding the publication of the article, each author must submit a filled and signed "License agreement for transferring non-exclusive rights" within 5 working days after receiving the notify.
